CashAnalytics has an exciting new role for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships post-sale, see it’s long term value and ensure we are positioned as strategic partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and retention.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with all users to ensure they get maximum value from the CashAnalytics platform on a day-to-day basis. Our customers are mid to large cap global companies across a broad range of industries with thousands of users.
