Job Description

  • Management of the office on a day to day basis
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Support management with day to day administrative duties
  • Process and manage Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Assist with customer invoicing
  • Book-keeping and maintaining accounting package
  • Scheduling and co-ordination of conferences and travel
  • Co-ordination of company events
  • Project management of projects as they arise
  • Co-ordination with suppliers
  • General ad-hoc administrative functions

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Good computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude
  • Interest in software and technology
  • Able to problem solve and take a task from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of using online accounting packages
  • Excellent time management and co-ordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
